John Pringle (above, left) watches cattle. For six generations, his family members have worked as stock farmers on this land. His Tafelkop Farm ("table hill farm") was the first farm in the area to be recognized as a Natural Heritage site. Pringle is eager to lead conservation efforts and to serve as an example of proper land management.
