Paul Cohen:
We are working on that system level of development, which means we are seeing how the pieces are glued together in a coherent way. We've got a house. We've got a toilet. We've got some chickens. We've got a vegetable garden.
Those are the elements similar to a bicycle, in a way. You've got the chain, the tire, the wheels, the frame. But by putting those pieces together, you get something that is qualitatively different to its pieces. You get a piece of transport that does something very different to its pieces.
And in a similar way, the home state if one creates a functional linkage between the elements in the house, you land up with something that works more efficiently because of those pieces, than if those pieces were left on their own.
