Paul Cohen:
Our approach to development here has been to look at the village model a village model as the concept behind the whole project. And in that, we are looking at housing. We are looking at food security. We are looking at waste treatment. We are looking at the whole physical environment.
And then, we are looking at the social level. If we are understanding the physical environment well enough, now we have to see in which way people occupy that physical environment, and deal with conflict, and deal with health problems; deal with education; nutrition. So that's another layer.
And then that creates a foundation for more economic development. The fruits how do we harvest fruits and get them to the market in a good state? But that we can also continually supply that market with fruits, because we've also got good roots and a good foundation underneath the project that brings the whole development together as a working unit of human settlement.
