Rosangela feeds meager proportions of rice and beans to Luiz Claudio, 6, and Indiara, 8, both with HIV. Together, they take a "cocktail" of medications six times daily, many of which must be taken on a full stomach. Often, there is no food however, leaving Rosangela worried the medications will be ineffective.
