Innovation - idea: Our mission is firmly rooted in the belief that positive personal attitudes must be the driving force in ending corruption, poverty and injustice in Africa in general and Nigeria in particular.

Innovation - why it is pioneering: Working together to help improve the quality of life of the poor and disadvantaged Nigerians through capacity building and positive personal actions/attitude to change.

SATCH is, a Non –governmental Organization, dedicated to changing peoples attitudes and building their capacity in dealing with local, national and global problems of corruption and poverty for economic empowerment.

Strategy - how it achieves impact: The following intervention tools and strategies shall be adopted by SEATCH in their projects execution��community organization��decision support ��information dissemination ��leadership development ��participation ��training and development ��workshops ��Clubbing, and ��Associations

Strategy - growth plans: Some of the operational areas within which SEATCH intend to work, independently and in collaboration with other organizations local, national and international includes:��Corruption –through building enduring positive personal actions and capacity, to say no to corrupt behaviours/tendencies, thereby enhancing self –sustainable community/societal development, than self –aggrandized private actions that often sustained the shackles of chronic poverty in our society.��Poverty alleviation - through capacity building in economic empowerment and entrepreneurial development ��Organization of the community ��Environment issues, including housing and health��Community Development��Education��Promotion of democratic culture and conflict prevention, managementand resolution.

Impact to date: Positive.Our mission is firmly rooted in the belief that positive personal attitudes must be the driving force in ending corruption, poverty and injustice in Africa in general and Nigeria in particular.

Future impact: To build character, hope, and inspiration among disadvantaged youth and individuals so that they can set and achieve lifetime goals, realize their full potential, and contribute to sustainable economic development and prosperity.

Sustainability - resource base: Membership structures of SEATCH shall consist of fee- paying and honorary members. The Organization council offers Honorary Membership to persons or institutions that provide a specific, and valuable contribution to the Organization. A fee-paying member pays an annual membership subscription, the amount of which is determined at the Annual General Meeting (AGM). No new member will be accepted without the recommendation of a minimum of two existing members of the Organization.The membership shall also be free to Women, Youth, Community/ies, Religious groups and Volunteers. Government agencies related to its operations might be involved into SPATCH projects either as facilitators or along other stakeholders as promoters.

Major challenge for the field: Building strong character base that can serve as an inspiration among disadvantaged youth and individuals so that they can set and achieve lifetime goals, realize their full potential, and contribute to sustainable economic devlopment.
