Strategy - how it achieves impact: The model works through joining stakeholders into platforms which organize events and educational progress in all fields related to integrated revitalization

Strategy - growth plans: The growth plans are to achieve an objective to reach 0% unemployment and 100% architectural restoration by 2023

Impact to date: Yes, the projects started or revitalized initiatives in the field of ecological, architectural, heritage and cultural regeneration

Future impact: In 2017, I will have contributed to the city's nomination as the European Capital of Culture, in 2013 I will have organized the Restoration Economy Exhibition, Nonviolent Communication will have become the base for community communication

Sustainability - resource base: Strategic partnerships, volunteers, sales of products and services, client fees, event organization

Major challenge for the field: In my view the challenge lies in the community's fear of change, and insufficient connection to/awareness of needs-related available strategies
