Promoting Immigrant Voices in Education Entrants's Name: Joseph Taranto Country: United States Field: Access to Learning/Education Innovation - idea: Our purpose is to further immigrant parents'awareness of their rights to translation and interpretation services in NYC public schools due to the new Chancellor's Regulation A-663 in order to provide greater opportunities for meaningful involvement in their children's education. We want to push for and accelerate this change.
