Innovation - idea: We would like teens to change their decisions from abortion to our facility. If they don't have anywhere to go, and they are pregnant- they can live and eat here for until they've gotten on their own two feet. We help the young ladies to find a job, and we babysit.

Innovation - why it is pioneering: It is because once we start, we can't be stopped. When we get the right funds, we can have facilities dedicated to pregnant teens all over the world.

Strategy - how it achieves impact: Have fund raisers, grants, take out loans, family and friends.

Strategy - growth plans: To become a well known organization, and it will be respected and dependable. Once we've found them a job and they've had it for about 2 months then they'll pay a low rate of $100 a month. I would like to have facilities all around America at first.

Impact to date: It's motivated people around me to say if I need their help then they'll help me. I haven't had the funds to build yet, but I am working on it. I'll receive a lot more help once I have a website.

Future impact: It will definitely spread around the country. It will be very established and well known. Teens would be looking more towards this instead of abortions and adoption agencies.

Sustainability - resource base: I have everything in writing ready, I also have an 8 to 5 job. But once I've receive approval on grants, and loans it will definitely become established. I can get volunteers to help me out, others have already offered to work when the facility is built.

Major challenge for the field: It's too many teens that get pregnant and are forced to have an abortion, or volunteerly have an abortion or put the baby up for adoption. But if it was a place to go to where they could stay, eat, and be supplied with materials they'll need for free it would give them another choice- to have the baby and raise the baby.
