Innovation - idea: I mobilise residents of poor Warmia In Poland on rural terrain to connect in process of social and economic development. I solve two problems. First this is change of habits which are from Post Communist Epoch and farm agriculture of The National Agriculture Farm, where people were workers and Country satisfied all needs on people postures who are responsible for their fate. The second this is create social and economic initiatives of local community. Success this initiatives is dependent from change of people mentality. My job is organic job.

Innovation - why it is pioneering: The way of my work with people become created by me as a result long year of experience with local community. On this terrain this work is pioneer . The same work isn’t steer in other regions. This work is fit in demographic, culture and social conditions of people. Population is varied ethnically, this people have low education, mobility and develop possibilities.

Strategy - how it achieves impact: The model of work not produce quick to do effects. His impacts will be distinct in the future. So far in influence take part 20 people. Part of them are more mobility and eneterprising, was created forms of agricultural activities. I created social firm, where working 17 people. Self-employment (social collectives and the small firms). In this time is develop of association: local associations – Local Action Group including terrain, where living about 54 thousand residents.

Strategy - growth plans: My development schedule is: to create centre of professional, social and general education training for people about 25- 50 years old, who must complement their education, to learn new profession. This centre was established in December 2005, at present in this centre learn 30 people, who are long standing unemployed and living in the village (women and men). In this centre I want create forces of work, where training participants will be learn practical professions and they will be work for produce different products. This firms will be create 6 and will be include about 300 people.

Impact to date: My work is interesting for residents and other institutions. Many people are willingly to take part in projects realized by me and institutions , which created partnership with our foundation. My project is a result of long year experience and thinking. I model on history of Poland (XIX century- organic work). I use with experience other members of Ashoka for example: Donat Kuczewski, Krzysztof Margol and other people.

Future impact: Ten years from now model of my work will be depend on develop, improve of present manner of work and broaden this model in other regions, who have the same social and economic conditions.

Sustainability - resource base: My organization have the following resource base: human resource (team- 7 people, 10 volunteers, training team- 8 people)

Furthermore our foundation have training centre- building, office, agrorefinery, field about 40hectares, buses, machines).

Financial resource: Our financial source is small, because we still investing. Now we start sale of products. We cooperate with partnership (7 non-governmental organization; 11 public institutions and 3 international organization.

Major challenge for the field: To build social enterprise on poor rural terrain is need complex change of community , change their postures , responsibility so they stop expect on vonderfull resolution from local , regional and national authorities. This group of people guarantee effective implementation social and economic develop by this people.
