worldcitizen.tv, oxbridge.tv : Peace Economics Entrepreneurial Revolution (PEER) Guides -why not travel guides to peace!

Country: United States

Organization: worldcitizen.tv and peoples media affiliates oxbridge.tv, grameen.tv, herstory.tv

2) Focus of activity: Education and Training

3) Start Year: 1976 when part 1 of ER trilogy published 1984 Death of Distance Future History Mapped http://www.normanmacrae.com/netfuture.html -although I had earned BA 1st Class Maths by 1972 and Cambridge Postgrad Stats 1973, not until 1976 that I understood ER maps

4) Positioning in the mosaic of solutions:

  •      Main barrier addressed: Corrupt or inept government and public systems
  •      Main principle addressed: Build non-violent paths to rights, access & assets

    5) Description of initiative: Story: To be or not to be. In eras of world revolution, all our Future Histories interconnect 1500: when captains sailed the blue, their logs collaboratively integrated over time - open sourcing maps of trade & new world connectivity, freedom and happiness … 1984: Death of Distance mapmakers began asking about sustainability of a networked world = where systems connect & spin each other. Connectivity’s prime operand values multiplication, not triple bottom line addition.

MATHS: In organising communities or people, 2 opposite valuations of leadership reign: those who action beliefs in Systemic Entrepreneurship (SE), and all other types of master. SE = have zero tolerance for unjust conflicts entering an organisation’s communal determined raison d’etre. Humanity has reached a final examination. Most of us talk “evil is to evil be” but most organisations are valued round compounding conflicts, much more since the advent of the spreadsheet. As mathematicians, we are not asking to be led by saints but you to be wholly aware of a mathematics that predicts : once too many vicious conflicts enters a human relations system, it goes irreversibly bust, dies or worse spreads its deadly virus through a network too. This maths applies to businesses and to states. It’s been applied by my father in a lifetime career at The Economist from 1962 though originally tacitly. It’s now open source to map wherever systemic entrepreneurs are valued including but not limited to what we understand ashoka to mean be social entrepreneurs and peace entrepreneurs. My father does not believe he invented this SE valuation. All transparent economics alumni of the late 1700s Adam Smith use these logics. Or I can send you references showing Gandhi, Einstein and Von Neumann using system true logics. I dream not that these logics monopolise management but that their trigonometry is as well known as that of a triangle.

    6) Description of innovation: Maths shows we will compound NO peace, NO climate stability, NO end to poverty’s injustice, NO likelihood of preventing plagues nor network waves eg terror UNLESS a large majority of powerful people are openly accountable to explaining there decisions around systemic entrepreneurial maps.

Ultimately the greatest mathematical mistake in going global (through network's exponentialising connectivity) would be an economics only geared to big gets bigger. Whenever a space gets crowded, nature penalises the biggest & least collaborative species. Spreadsheeting only "big gets bigger" (& short-term get shorter numbers) cannot sustain integration of every society & can (like any corruption) be located as a root cause - & compound destruction "storm" of conflict map of a place's or peoples' future history.

1*2*3 Changing economics to network maps of abundance

We connect practice networks of peacemakers and reconciliation facilitators, as well as hi-trust entrepreneurial revolutionaries' projects

A triangularisation survey is needed before an appropriate intervention can be mediated. eg if a place is corrupt importing into it socialE projects from non-corrupt places is not viable

    Triangularistion 1*2*3

    1) Do those who will connect a PEER initiative believe in hi-trust entrepreneurial gravity - as core to how any human relation system of service inputs & demand outputs (r)evolves

    2) Is transparency across boundaries understood as vital in any network connecting system*system*system

    3) Is it understood that a peaceful place is one where all the largest systems are compounding sustainability exponentials up, not conflicts spreading communally

Having surveyed if dominant players in a place are blinded by any of above, we can tailor reconciliation initiatives

    7) Delivery model: We redefine public media & knowledge of entrepreneurial exponentials to target humanity-critical audiences. In picture above, a global system such as climate heading below "5 critical" gets to the last tipping point : invest 1% of GDP to save 20% GDP as Her majesty’s Treasury now values climate. Go past 6 and you hit irreversibility which Al Gore’s research shows can happen as early as 2015, as do all our models started in 1984, thanks to maths warnings first issued by Einstein & leadership practice benchmarks first set by Gandhi and refereed by Einstein. My father’s biography of von Neumann independently discovers the same collaboration crisis maths posited as vital for the first networked generation to co-create a sustainable globalisation

Understanding exponentials changes when democracies go to war. Iraq is now at state 6. This comes from misleading faith in: beat Saddam & peace is earned. Asking this early 2002 Georgetown got me sent out

PEER searches Internetworks: peace entrepreneurs*(make poverty history entrepreneurs)* (transparency of media entrepreneurs)*(climate crisis entrepreneurs)* (Gandhian public service entrepreneur). Fearlessly map where globalisation got corrupted by worshiping numbers’ separation not being gravitationally grounded.

How many Gandhian truth valuing leaders govern your biggest organisations? If your city's hi-trust valuation analysis is abysmal, will you sustainably invest in true leadership? Do now or lose your childrens peace? Anyone sharing 4 hours with S. Africa ashokan Myrna Lewis of www.deep-democracy.net can understand

Where are deepest reconciliation practices born? EXPLORE every hemisphere! eg Out of Melbourne, Australia =social nets of doctors communing hippocratic oath above money, & youth dedicated to voluntary service www. globalreconciliationnetwork.org make hi- trust connectors especially joining up Gandhians - Ahmedabad 07

    8) Key operational partnerships: Due to lack of space we over-simplify. Where do wars come from? In millions of hours of interviews of people in communities, not individual beings but some types of .gov is consensus. If we then ask what have global .com had to do with warmaking or peacemaking in last 20 years, the inconvenient truth is because most do not integrate compound sustainability into their governance models, our largest corporations have not helped with peacemaking & in some sectors through environmental or other social polution agravated loss of peace. This leads to conclusion that a 3rd typology - call it world citizen nets -is needed as antidote to other two. One question we've researched is what do citizens believe their region can uniquely contribute to peace. mapped this way: India has brought cross-cultural education paradigms of Gandhi & others; Bangladesh innovated superb micro-sustaining economic pathways out of poverty & to peace; west usa extraordinary philanthropic & new media resources should its lead citizens pitch these in; East USA has catalogued social entrepreneur maps & evolved grassroots summits like ClintonGI; Germany is epicentre for transparency; UK can bring world's largest non-commercial broadcaster (public world service) if only wc.tv, affilates et al can make peace olympics as exciting to interact with as specator sports- peace needs to wave through media and .edu if only we focus on flows of "knowledge that liberate us". M.Gandhi

    9) Financial model: Our media & education work is micro-financed often at individual levels & aims to bring "no-loss" media back into social use - as small as retrieving a community centre to be cross-cultural hub for everyone in an inner city to as large as retrieving the BBC to people ownership not government control; but note just as learning multiplies value in use so does peace. Scarcity or other assumptions of your question on financial model confuse true nodels of networking flow - for humanity to be sustainable will need to systemise above historic systems (Einstein)-connect an abundance that multiplies through use (positive human interactions) instead of things being consumed up. Look to biomass models where one waste output is another's input. F-models for Peace is a maths error!

              • Costs as percentage of income: x

              • Financing: A book in print expands the triangularisation maths to show that most financial models used by big business today compound illwill conseqeuences including destruction of peace. Without goodwill being susyemically audited, governance factors out sustainability and other most valued human needs. Full understanding of the compound cses of our and other peace network models cannot be described in 800 character boxes such as this. Suffice it to say that if you read through the Unseen Wealth research in 2000 by Brookings (Economics) and Georgetown (Law School) you would not be asking this top-down only question for any peace entrepreneur or world citizen network concerned to integrate globalisation so that peace and trust flow across borders as simply as nature's worldwide waves do.

    10) Effectiveness

              • Project outcomes: As guidemakers http://guidemakers.net we help catalogue connected compound goals between projects and partners. As forecast in 1984, at least 30000 deep and replicable social projects need mapping and worldwide connecting awareness if sustainability is to be earned by 2015 http://www.normanmacrae.com/netfuture.html#Anchor-Changin- 17192 Mapping lost sustainability exponentials http://sustainabilityclub.com (refer to COCEC) helps world citizen nets to parner around have such conflict patterns that boxed-in effectiness measures have no value in calibrating how close to transformation PEER nets are at or where and when tipping points need emergency marketing collaborations.

              • Number of clients in past year: This question is a mistake. It flows against Pattern Rule One of Entrepeneurial trust-flow and sustainability of social networking : a great risk of any entrepreneurial goodwill subnetwork is that it ends up communicating only to its own members. You don’t mediate by separating clients, particularly hi-trust world citizen connectors valued socially and entrepreneurially by people networks. Peace, climate, national and international transparency are examples of greatest ever market failures. Economic models are blindingly wrong when they muddle compound consequences with effectiveness: controls of boxed-in inputs. Mathematically, it’s a systemic mistake of an irreversible magnitude to count up separate clients when the flow to serve integrates around people’s human relation connections

    11) Scaling up strategy

              • Stage of the initiative: Scaling Up stage.

              • Expansion plan: My trilogy of books on World Class Brands (1990 on) uses projects from social/market research -taking me to 35+ countries' projects, & with colleagues databasing a million hour of voices of basic needs by mid 1980s. It revealed 2 wholly different ways to execute global marketing. If a market is crowded with me-toos on trivial pursuits or image-driven needs, a global corporation brand architecture will think nothing of spending a billion dollars a year on ads & pr. We who search to openly serve most vital needs of human being (such as bridge peace divides) are ill advised to imitate such market paradigms - if only we see truer ways to spend a billion dollars in public service . One of 7 deep secrets of Gandhi was brilliant communal performances of no-cost publicity for peace. This combined with social nets gravitated around hi- trust being. In-community experience comes before changemaking

    12) Origin of the initiative: A risk to each being's truth connecting is enjoying less mulitcultural origins of what we action than we can be. Luckily, Scots' clan value prizes inter-generational experience curves; our peace war with English -due to takeover UK -caused most Scots to be world citizen networking by 1900 (ie forced to entrepreneur outside scotland). An origin I value experimenting on computer assisted learning networks in 1973 as part of UK development program; from father I inherit largest bank of entrepreneurial leadership interviews conducted by one person; from Scot James Wilson (founder of The Economist) & Adam Smith (origin of ethical free markets economics) we inherit an interest in true statistics, & systemic inclusion of societies & people lifetime exponentials as sustaining. My grandfather went from Raj Bombay judge 1930 to co-editor of India's D of I with Gandhi & London's Foreign Office

    peace Posted October 28 '06, 20:34:49
so far all civilizations in history ended in ecological collapse and catastrophe so our chances are slim this time but the stakes are far far higher: survival of the species itself. We need peace and peace needs justice and justice needs awareness of truth. we need to know now what we are getting ourselves into and it isn't very pretty. GREED is literally eating us up alive where we stand.

Greed: Decline, Fall, Exponentials Endgame Posted October 29 '06, 10:04:59
    (Reply to: "peace")
Greed! Yes- I am just a mathematician so when I read stories across religions the common clue I see is they are offering a meta-System warning us: do not let greed take over your civilisation: decline and fall will be your compound consequence if you do; if there is some other commonality among parables of all the gods we navigate around, I am happy to learn beyond mathematics.

http://www.beyond-branding.com/authors/macrae.htm Unfortunately both a maths and a media definition of globalisation is: if we ever let greed take over our interconnected world, and compound its conflicts quarter after quarter we will be terminated as surely as schwarzenegger is being schwarzenegger. So we spreadsheet within 40 quarters of "leadership by numbers" a top 10 badwill economic power like Enron. Worse, a primary pattern rule or networks, which I presented in an open discussion paper at Delhi’s GRN 2004, is that badwill powers attract each other; so as an Enron connect its powers to pollute office with an Exxon and a worldcom and an Anderson and the way public service accounts for its decisions and with markets for arms and other lost transparencies of peoples democracy, including compound externalisations buried in numbers whose true consequences ever more beings become blinded to.

You can map how economics developed over the last 225 years and see that both humanly & socially true entrepreneurs argued for branding systemic/communal transparency: there was always a human system context more vital than money alone, while a second school spreadsheet economics as standardised only around money’s metrics. Unfortunately, among Nobel Economic laureates of the last quarter century I cannot find one whose computation algorithms value truth more than money, or even on the same flow map as money. I recommend that if we fail to connect understanding between peace and economics laureates now we have a 2006 opportunity http://grameen.tv , its unlikely man ever will.

If human beings cannot unite in transparently mapping an Eigen Value http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=-3407997752764644269 beyond money – call it goodwill, peace, trust-flow or Gandhi’s truth, compound arithmetic (which both Einstein and Von Neumann reminded us never to shred) shows it is certain at 99% confidence levels that all our children have less than a century before extinction.

The good news http://livefromtheclintonglobalinitiative.blogspot.com is the united way out of this is world citizen cooperation – the scripts of that cooperation is what worldcitizen.tv would like to open from very deep and diverse source starting with the smallest voices and seeds that the “big gets bigger economist” never have ears for. I am currently doing micro-samples of the shareholders of The Economist to see if any of them still get entrepreneurial revolution economics; would love to combine surveys with other audiences if you have degrees of freedom to access responses. Of course, strategically google.org as a for profit charity concerned with networks economics neutrality could lead a collaborative takeover of The Economist or Nobel but that vision’s activation may take a few more degrees of warming or sustainability cheerleaders’ Clinton*Khosla*Branson*Yunus*wavy gravies http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=5793752041303022963&q=ashoka&hl=en http://video.clintonglobalinitiative.org/health_cast/player_cgi.cfm? id=2773# http://clubofmountainview.blogspot.com http://exponentials.blogspot.com

Peace Cities : Peoples Collaboration League Tables Posted November 3 '06, 16:05:48
Top League: Dhaka, Porto Alegre, Ahmedabad .. League 1 Nairobi, Lucknow, Mountain View, Monterey, Melbourne, Berlin, Barcelona League 2 New York, London, Kyoto League 3 DC Recently part of the Gandhi family were mentoring me on schooling process based on the premise of competition with oneself, not others. While I commission a journalist to write up a brochure exploring that imagination pathway at the child education level, I have been asking myself why not with cities too. Could world citizens not form a collaboration index of peace cities that are most spiraling peace sustainably upwards compared with assets they had to share with the world? Where would you rank a city you know and what networks, hi-trust leadership open methods and cultural integrity have sustained world citizen connectity. I gave some examples above to start a fantasy to reality league discussion , and if space does not permit here we will continue this within our blog format at http://clubofcity.blogspot.com Cities seem to me to have as much if not more interlocal network potential to be peacemakers than nations. Look forward to seeing how world citizen networks embrace the peace-sustainability dynamic of a city to compete with itself not with others. Dhaka - home of microcredit and BRAC world's largest citizen organsiation Porto Alegre - Home of World Social Forum - rejuvenation of peaceful 100000 people meetings Ahmedabad - Origin of Gandhi Salt March; ashram alumni centenary 2007; Mahatma Gandhi campus; Gujarat Vidyapith Nairobi - Origin of Maathai first environment-peace laureate; 2007 host of World Social Forum Lucknow home of world's largest school (a Montessori), only school to win UNESCO Peace award, Host to World Chief Justice form and other world citizen networks; Mountain View - home of google.org; Monterer home of ted.com prizes without whom google.org would not be so brilliant; Melbourne home of www.globalreconciliationnetwork.org and GLOYO. Berlin: Transparency International, Barcelona: a city that has emerged from a peaceful war with madrid with remarkable innovation grace ... The more you guide us the clearer our peace city index gets connecting

networking peace is the future ; blind faith in superpower is very 20th Century Posted November 26 '06, 12:28:44
Provided we define economics and entrepreneurship the Scottish way that Adam Smith and his successor (eg 1840 founder of The Economist James Wilson did) then we can argue that entrepreneurship and future historians use one and the same systemic intelligence. This linguistic caution is by the way very real for me because the US Catholic curriculum currently teaches my 9 year old daughter exactly the opposite from goodwill definition of entrepreneurship. However let me demonstrate the connection between true entrepreneurship and future historians noting first a clue on markets - as Fazle Abed says in an ashoka dvd : market prospecting is embedded in everything.

As anyone who has practised media or mediation knows, brand marketing or visioning of communal identification can be executed in one of 2 opposite spiralling ways: to compound value destruction or to sustain value growth. One of the most vital pattern rules for goodwill marketing is this: in service or learning sectors, human relations systems multiply value when employees relate to the deepest customers being those who have at least a tacit knowledge of what society would regard as deepest communal progress from the market involved. For example, in America a mother of 5 is a deep user of certain markets and her future knowledge is well worth tapping into even if she is very poor compared with many other users. Around the world, the poor people of Bangladesh are clearly one of the best customers to serve if you want to innovate an investment system as sustainable as microfinance. So peace begets strong economics not vice versa.

Moving on to a revolutionary peace agenda. My father first wrote about the risk of “Bombs for All?” in 1975 – it was a chapter of a survey he wrote for The Economist on America’s 3rd century. This chapter combined 3 ideas to debate with everyone you know: 1? we need to go beyond the idea of wars between nations; there may be wars to get rid of a few dictators at the top (or the system they have chained peoples in) but confusing these with wars between all of a nation’s people history by now has taught us to be a gross mistake 2? This learning will rapidly become more vital as networks end death of distance of everything including the way people who have lost hope may spread terror 3? America must-needs take the lead in reversing national expenditures on arms something that has unwittingly turned it from mid 20th century’s most trusted peacemaker to the verge of the opposite..

Now this survey among 1970s American attracted such attention that the phrase future history was coined and the first genre of future history involved several books in a series called 3rd world war. My father set up future scenario and retiring generals wargamed how to find solutions that maximised peace therefore preventing the 3rd world war of inter-generational terror from starting. It’s a killing shame that such due diligence has gone missing at top of USA and Britain in recent years. Its like as if those in power of America and Britain have no historical memory. What started Hitler off was being left on the front of world war 1 when Germany gave in. What starred Bin Laden off who used to be an ally of America in Afghanistan was being equally beached

For those who are interested, there is a lot more to this future history of peace entrepreneurship. Both my father’s future history work from 1975 and his entrepreneurial revolution trilogy in The Economist converged into a book I co-authored in 1984. In this original future history of death of distance we mapped 7 sustainability crises only one of which was wars but which all connect together as one worldwide generation gets connected. Given that in 1984 it was systematically clear that the UUSR would collapse before 1990 the suggested way to ensure sustainability of human race was to end wars between nations by 1995, end climate crises by now, end poverty with 30000 social entrepreneur projects openly propagating by 2012, end plague, media and learning crises in parallel so that third graders from early 2000’s up were collaborating around vital knowledge and preferring real change world sports to spectator games and idol fashions; and the seventh wonder of sustainability entrepreneurship was to change transparency economics and all professions so they never supported the big gets bigger against the grassroots interests of deep contexts get deeper.

You can ask for scripts written by 1984 on any of these 7 subjects but hopefully it is clear that the peace entrepreneur needs to flow intelligence not only with future historians but all the other crises entrepreneurs listed. Otherwise any peace will be some short-term political drama not a sustainable reconciliation. chris.macrae@yahoo.co.uk http://futurehistorian.tv

Peace’s sustainability is very human, very contextual, very simply communal and relentlessly depends on the flows of interpersonal trust -socially networked from the grassroots up. It has extraordinary little to do with how much top down power is brought to bear. But then networking peace is about the future ,and blind faith in superpower is very 20th Century

    palestine/israel - the peoples peace process Posted November 27 '06, 18:25:42
(Reply to: "networking peace is the future ; blind faith in superpower is very 20th Century")
across the democratic world people a map is emerging of how utterly fed up peoples are with bellicose leaders; sustainble peace has long since been something that top down cannot systemise http://worldwidewaves.tv

we'd really appreciate you adding links to this emerging collection because this may be the best time the peoples of palestine/israel may get to stand up for mutual respect:

see the 3 minute video clips of Queen Rania Al-Abdullah linked at http://futurehistorian.tv/_wsn/page10.html

note: AN ISRAELI VIEW http://www.bitterlemons.org/issue/isr2.php Time for the public to stand up by Gershon Baskin

To a great extent, the Israeli and Palestinian publics have been passive observers in the single most important issue affecting their lives--the continuation of the conflict. During the summer of 2006, the Israeli public in its silence supported the government in its war against Lebanon. More than one million Israelis fled from their homes in the face of katyusha rockets falling in the north and still the public was silent. Last week we saw the same thing in Sderot, and who can blame the Sderot residents? In both cases we have not witnessed the masses taking to the streets calling for an end to the violence and a return to a peace process.

But perhaps there are some changes sprouting. For the first time that I recall, Israeli television and radio channels gave space to voices in Sderot calling for an end of the violence, including a call not to avenge the Qassam rockets. Perhaps there is the beginning of public understanding that the army has run out of tricks and that the only way to end the violence is by returning to the table. Even two Kadima ministers expressed something new, one saying that the time had come for the prime minister to meet with Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas--"either you make history or you will become history" (Meir Sheetrit)--and another calling for an immediate unilateral ceasefire with the Palestinians (Gideon Ezra).

The Palestinian public in recent weeks also demonstrated new behavior patterns that point to new possibilities for public action. In Beit Hanoun we saw Palestinian women face Israeli tanks, and even though soldiers opened fire on the crowds, the following week we witnessed hundreds of civilians serving as human shields in order to prevent the bombing of a house by the Israel Air Force.

It should be clear by now to both sides that our governments and military forces are not going to provide security. Our leaders' policies have only brought more violence and more suffering. Both sides suffer from weak leaders. Both sides' leaders either use force to compensate for their weaknesses (Israel) or are incapable of preventing the use of force because their militants are stronger than them (Palestine). In either case, it is quite clear that the leaders have failed to bring peace and security to their people. Gershon Baskin is the co-CEO of IPCRI--the Israel/Palestine Center for Research and Information.

Favourite quotes from world academy relevant to peacemaking Posted December 2 '06, 10:07:38
Does anyone have a favourite quote made by one of Ashoka's 6 Global Academy social entrepreneurs on the 16 dvds or elsewhere that is relevant to the systemic maps of peacemakers?

I will run with the quotation of Fazle Abed that there is "market prospecting in everything". Certainly there is free market prospecting in everything that the word entrepreneur was originally coined (1800ish) to integrate as JB Say was a direct alumni of the Adam Smith school http://er100.blogspot.com of free (ethical and minimum top- down governmented) markets sustain life as well as place- located development over time, and The Economist championed in its first 145 years of mediating. When some argue that world citizen systems are a 3rd typology that can partner .com and .gov to transform their compounding loss of human sustainability, they are forwarding a catalytic mechanism for system transformation that is out of economics grandmaster Adam's book. It is relevant to note that if Adam (or his practice alumni) were valuing most economics professors today he would send them back to 5th grade or jail without passing go as the game of monopoly puts it. Its not their fault -other than being (precedent-refereed) boxed in by a deep lack of systemic and interdisciplianry curiosity which they would need to rediscover with other professions whose loss of Hippocratic oaths means they likewise need to go back to 5th grade or jail. Truth's direction can be explored if and only if we comunnaly understand that networks compound change in the economic flows of everything. Transparency of questioning that has gone depressingly missing since the most unfortunate (anyone's a numbers ruling man) news of the birth of the spreadsheet and the parallel crisis of opportunity that the implosion of the USSR could have been. Let's be blunt the only way world citizens anywhere are going to see century 22 -let alone a climate of peace all over the world - is if we all celebrate the end of all superpowers rather than pursue some mad scientists or mad economists race to restate superpower out of one geographical place.

In other words, I have always assumed that the only lasting peace is mediated by system squared transparency of providing a sustainability investment in and by each side. I think it may have been the founder of Thunderbird business school who said there are few wars at borders wherever fair and prosperous trade is going on. And today network maps mean everywhere is safer as an open border interface than its own island. Worse every place is a holon with potential cancerous self-destruct cells inside whose internal and integral illness is quaintly portrayed as if it bwere only external terror. In 1975 my father's survey of America's 3rd centuiry was published in The Economist. Chapter 6 was about the lead America needed to take to guide us beyond a "bombs for everyone networked era". That was never a top-down or auto-pliot type of lead but a test of networking emotional intellignece across cultural boundaries. The report cards of 30 years of entrepreneurial revolutionary monitoring and mapmaking http://entrepreneurialrevolution.blogspot.com are in. America has not given us a free and happy lead of this kind. If America is ever again to be worldwide trusted as a peacemaker it will need to do some revolutionary things to cure its own cancers. NB some like anthrax's speard after 9/11 are agreed by all to be such. My daughter was 4 and in DC in 2001. Her peers saw 9/11, anthrax scares in the post, 2 months when they could not go outside at scjool breaks because of a sniper (who turned out to have been made redunadnat by the US army); and of course history knows too that Bin Laden went mad when as an American ally is Afghanistan his troops were the alst to be left out at the allies front. Any list of peace entrepreneurial revolutions America must now demonstrate will not be popular with lobby groups but perhaps the silent majority might decide: 1 to withdraw Exxon's and Bechtel's corporate licence to be; 2 to repeal the right to guns in America; 3) to unilaterally reduce arms budgets by 10% a year; 4) to end all advertising of politics and all campaign contributions by business; 5) to end 4 year presidential cycles as far as decision-making goes on where externally to war on a nation state ... some checklist as revolutionary as that would need to be seen to uniting americans if worldwide trust in america as international peacemaker is to reverse from the current compound spirals down.

I repeat: "network economics' maps mean everywhere is henceforth safer as an open border interface than its own island". Let's call that a definition of worldwide networked being. Would any world citizen child today have a problem with voting for that as the mathematically most relevant defintion to include in every schooling of why we who are alive in this generation are confronted with the greatest patters of worldwide entrepreneurial revolution ever experinced by our species?

And while I do not believe that the EU is a positive peacemaking system any more as far a Adam Smith economics mapmakers can see, the EU's dna for existence was to bring peace by merging cross-national ownership of coal and steel; in their day the greatest energy and industrial plant markets which needed sustained win-win collaborations between neighbouring nations unless you wanted to generate world war 3 4 5. Clearly there will be no global peace in century 21 without worldwide collaboration on energy and water -if anyone in this competition wants to debate that with my friends, our social networks and I who have 60 year experience of editing what true entrepreneurs do, please contact at info@oxbridge.tv One of our clan of journalists for humanity was at the original summit http://futurehistory.jp where the EU was born and supported its origianl mission enthusiastically through the primary economics media and broadcast channels of that era

If you are worried that anything in this thread is controversial I comment tha you go read some Gandhi or some of Einstein on Gandhi. Einstein is not only one of 2 mathematicians to search for in terms of how maths can free the world but the one who most clearly put his name to there being a significant risk that networks by inregrating systems that were previously mapped to be globally separate would end all of humanity. Now and for the next deacde we are that final tipping point of every social network needs to be a peacemaker, and that does mean clarifying transparency of free market economics and the end of superpower governments, now or forever after forget your peace

Are you connecting with Peace's Greatest Centenary Year? Posted January 3 '07, 18:12:28
Gandhi's Satyagraha is 100 years young in 2007. Sonia Gandhi and Manmohan Singh have invited every country to come and join the celebrations in Delhi later this month. By the fall, the main world citizens networking event takes space in Gandhi's Ashram in Ahmedabad. If you know of a peace event that connects the world of Satyagraha - a method that both Mandela and King practised with amazingly graceful consequences - please mail info@worldcitizen.tv

I am contacting you to seek your guidance in finishing the documentary phase of my company’s Peace project. The information below gives some of the details. I need suggestions as to where to go for funding whether it be from corporate sources, individuals or from a co-producer. For the first time in my 40-year career I’m running into a brick wall. Pardon my naiveté but Peace is a tough sell. I appreciate any suggestions you might have.

The Wounded Dove Peace project chronicles the lives of the world’s great peacemakers from 1900 to the present time. Each episode features up to eight peacemaker stories. The Canadian government’s Millennium Bureau awarded a grant of one million dollars to my company and the Peace History Society to do the research and produce a CD ROM. These phases of the project are finished and we are now ready to do the 5 part documentary series. The first four episodes are written, Hollywood superstar Martin Sheen has agreed to do the narration and the international music composer, Gino Vannelli, has composed the theme music.

The series will be distributed to major TV markets worldwide. The Wounded Dove peace project is also supported by: · The United Nations Culture of Peace, Paris · The Salzburg Seminar, Austria · The Peace History Society · The International Peace Academy, New York · The Fellowship of Reconciliation, Nyack, NY · The Pearson Peacekeeping Center, Clementsport, Nova Scotia · The Rachael and Ben Vaughan Foundation, Austin, Texas More information can be obtained from our web site at adventurefilmproductionscanada.com then please click on The Wounded Dove: The Peace Warriors If you want more information please advise me and I will send you: A five-minute video promo A CD ROM version of The Wounded Dove A 9-page summary and status report booklet A 37 page content summary booklet The budget The Wounded Dove looks not at those who waged war, but at those who tried to revive and nurture the phoenix of Peace.
