Treatment in the Communities through Communities Nucleus: Create a space to structure the relationship between communities services and social network. These laboratories are installed in low income communities, givin
6) Description of innovation: PARTNERSHIP INSTEAD OF ASSISTENCE- reinforce the changing importance as transformation process. Respect to the chooses, wishes and the adolescent possibilities. To assist in the build up process of psychological, physical, and social instruments that can help to afford the residents chooses. To look at the questions related with helth inside of a social economics situation and not as a isolated fact. To make use of problems situations: drugs use, abuse and sexuality as talent and adquired competences for preventiive process and not as weakness. To make mother link stronger as the mainly "medicine" to solve health problems. -Pregnancy as a potencial of transformation and not as a problem. -To give assistence to youngs life project with a social, pedagogical and psychotherapic work.
COMPLEMENTARY ACTION that is built as a complete cycle. Any work related with health need to be seen as a hole process and it?s needed to consider the social economics problems in order to have the transformation, so it is new and unique to give to this population, at the same time, a life cycle: 1- Sheltered and co-participation where the youngers make their convivence rules and the rules of the mothers with their children 2- To make use of public services and to be conscious of their rights and dutys related with them 3- Make profit. It?s not enough to be professional, it is needed to be profitable in order to get the insertion. 4- Conquest the place to live 5- To make the integration with the local communite 6- To build a attendant network.
7) Operational model: Our mainly work areas are: shelter using the relation as tool of changing, search of autonomy through profit activities, acquisition of auto sustentability, partnership with the community peolple, otimization and valuation of potentials, performance in net.

9) Key operational partnerships: All the New Moon actions are collaborated between NGOs, the community and the public and private power. The main partner is the one that we establish with the attended population. A good idea is the one that allow to insert others idea strenghting even more our identity, offers a constant revision on our way of acting as well as helping to obtain dificult economic resourses. The partnership is a tool of future because the public politic could only be structured by “real meetings”. Our group is the tag of our main partener and we daily live this experience of collaboration from inumerous parterners and our own that make the “Lua Nova”be here. It is impossible for the “Lua Nova” to survive with out sharing knowlodge between us and the partners. All the principles of the NGO are ruled on the idea of autonomy, recognition of our and the partners potential and at least the optimization of this potentials through exchanges. All the potentials parteners have to respect the needs and the path selected at this point. We have to respect the time and the values settling initials experienecs that will show which are our bad habits as well as the qualities to have the feeling of a idea exchange • Sorocaba University; Ministry of Health – Mental Health; Ashoka Emprendedores Sociais (NGO of social entrepreneurs);Justice Ministry and National Secretary Against Drugs; Brazil Foundation; Artemísia Foundation; Splice do Brasil; SENAI (adult education); SESI (training on civil building)

This captation can provide (hopelly until 2010) a proposal with better attention to the youth and the risk mothers. The dessimination of this captation will bring new teams and the service will create a new entrance to the institution. Moreover the community space for generation of income will be frammed and with capacity of production and sales, helpind on the financial maintaining of the targget population. The project aims the changing of the social, marketing and institutional conception, suggesting a inversion of social values an

• Overall "market": Considering the proposal a best practice it is possible to offer bigger possibilities on the effects and the kennels of diffusion are the institutional ones and not institutional, therefore the project will find ways to spread to others States in Brazil. Moreover the amplification of social sensibility about themes as equality of opportunities, development of support activities and support to a risk group of women without circunstances to raise a child, therefore this porject will spread through the comunication and it could help to replicate elsewhere. The “Lua Nova” project is unique in Brazil on the metodology way because it does not implicate on the separation between the mother and the child. Besides the project predicts his economical sustentabilidade through the productive activities. This aspect causes an interest to destroy the parliament of management because it provides instruments of economical emancipation of familiar nucleuses that are going to allow his definite exit of the circuit of the social diversion and of the circuits assistenciais The proposal intends to be a space of formation and of experimentation of technology aiming to develop in women, skills as well
12) Scaling up strategy

13) Policy change: The lack of national numbers on the violence practiced
against adolescents in the familiar context has not been
obstructing the observation of the serious violations of
rights to which children, adolescents and young persons
are subdued inside his families themselves.
Exposed to a violent society and without a system of
guarantee of rights and efficient politics of protection,
the young persons very often find themselves associate to
the violence and start to be seen as a threat in front of
which it is necessary to react.
Exposed to one of the most important dimensions of the
vulnerability, subjected to the physical, psychological,
sexual and social violence, it is still those who more
fast join the net of prostitution, that in the form not
determinative.
This situation means more than write the numbers up and to
direct children and adolescestes from a place to other,
from a pro
14) Origin of the initiative: After 7 years of experience in Italy, Raquel Barros
started to realize that more and more the importance of
the bond with this type of patient, and I am sure the
presence of the child in a therapeutic project, to make
rich and increase it his possibility of success.
The straight experience with the motherhood, and
children's presence during the process of cure gave a new
perspective for this future activities because it is
showing a new color and the new forms of search of
pleasure.
I decided to return to Brazil in 1999, to begin the “Lua
