3) Description of your products or services: Agriculture in the corporate mode will ensure application of modern scientific methods to agriculture that will ensure productive land utilisation and enhanced output leading to better employment as well.POOR UTILISATION OF LAND IN MANY PARTS OF THE COUNTRY IS PARTLY DUE TO THE INABILITY TO SOURCE AND APPLY NEEDED RESOURCES IN TIME.ONCE THERE IS SCOPE FOR JOINT DEVELOPMENT OF LAND IN PUBLIC-PRIVATE PARTNERSHIP MODE THEN AGRICULTURE CAN BE IN A CORPORATE MODE ENSURING APPLICATION OF ADEQUATE RESOURCES.THE ACTUAL OWNER WHO IS NOT ABLE TO FARM THE LAND TO THE REQUIRED LEVEL OF INTENSITY CAN BE GIVEN THE OPTION TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH A CORPORATE ENTITY FOR CULTIVATION ON A PROFIT SHARING OR RENTAL BASIS. AS THE PRODUCE AND PROFIT INCREASES AN INCREASING SHARE CAN BE GIVEN TO THE OWNER.ALSO PEOPLE CAN BE ENGAGED BY THE CORPORATYION TO FARM THE LAND AS CONTRACT LABOUR OR CORPORATE EMPLOYEES ON NEGOTIATED WAGES AND PAYMENTS THAT ARE ALSO LINKED TO PROFITS.THIS WILL ENABLE THE CORPORATE ENTITY TO ENGAGE IN PRODUCTIVE AGRICULTURE WITH THE REQUIRED RESOURCE INTENSITY. THIS WILL INCLUDE BETTER IRRIGATION,ARID FARMING,DROUGHT RESISTANT SEED VARIETIES,DRIP IRRIGATION,ORGANIC FARMING AND OTHER PROVEN AND EXPERIMENTAL METHODS THAT CAN BRING IN BETTER YIELD.also more lucrative produce can be tried on a scientific basis so that there is better return on investment.there is scope also for trying out innovatve crops and plantation products on a largescale for profitability .

4) Description of the operational model: the production is in a corporate mode with the private- public partnership.the owner enters into an undrstanding with the agency to ensure better yields through more intensive cultivation.this will help to bring in more resources through collective effort on a co-operative or partnership mode.as a result he owner is also assured of a better deal through enhanced income from land on account of collective inputs and effort mobilised as a result of the corporate entity formation for agriculture.the entity can also get funds from equity shares and their public issue.these resources can be sourced on a joint mode to ensure application of sufficient inputs for intensive and innovative agriculture that ensure modern agri practices,produce and even diffusion of research findings.the entity can reqruit skilled manpower in the market and engage them on contrct or as employees on wages- cum-productivity linked incentive basis.some of the wages can even be distributed in kind for low-income group or wherever employees prefer that mode.marketing can be done on an extensive basis through the employees itself or on seperate contract with payments linked to profits or sales.low-income clients who are not employed on the scheme should be enabled to avail of special credit to improve their purchasing power through associated micro- credit alliances.this will have the advantge ensuring not only increased output but also better employment.the operational model of PPP in corporate sector and lease.

5) Description of the financial model: GENERATION OF EMPLOYMENT ,OUTPUT AND PRODUCE FOR THE PEOPLE AND ENSURING BETTER PURCHASING POWER THROUGH APPROPRIATE ADMINISTRATIVE AND FINANCIAL ARRANGEMENTS,INCLUDING BARTER,MICROCREDIT AND CORPORATE /EQUITY CAPITAL.INCENTIVE-BASED PAYMENTS,EMPLOYEE MARKETING MODELS ,CONTRACT ARRANGEMENTS,LAND LEASE ARRANGEMENTS,INVOLVEMENT OF SELF- HELP GROUPS ARE ENVISAGED.APART FROM THE INITIAL CAPITAL AND RESOURCE INPUTS THE MODEL IS EXPECTED TO BE FINANCIALLY SELF-SUSTAINABLE BECAUSE PRODUCE WIL BE MARKETED WIDELY AND MICRO-FINANCE INVOLVED TO IMPROVE PURCHASING POWER.THE INITIAL CAPITAL WILL ALSO BE PAID BACK IN 7-8 YEARS GIVEN THE SCOPE OF THE PROJECT AND THE PRODUCE.THE CLIENTS ARE ALSO THE CONTRACTORS ,THE CONSUMERS AND THE BENIFICIARIES.THE PROJECT WILL ENSURE THAT THE UNUTILIZED AND UNDER-UTILIZED LAND IS PROPERLY USED TO GENERATE INCOME AND EMPLOYMENT AND IMPROVED PRODUCTIVITY THROUGH RESOURSE INPUTS BY INVOLVING CORPORATE AND CO-OPERATIVE MODES OF ACTION BASED ON PPP TYPE ARRANGEMENTS,LEASE/RENTALS,CONTRACT FOR LABOUR AND MARKETING AND DIRECT AS WELL AS CREDIT BASED DISTRIBUTION,ALL OF WHICH ARE OF DIRECT FINANCIAL RELEVANCE IN ENSURING RETURN ON INVESTMENT.
