3) Description of your products or services: ROLE MODE KIT has influenced oveer 4000 young people in kenya aged between 12-20 years change their behaviours and become responsible citizens. it was produced by youthrock foundation in 2004 and has become a role model promotion tool for training young leaders in community service.
4) Description of the operational model: we distrubute to schools,churches and rural areas free of charge and at a cheaper costdepending on available funds.
5) Description of the financial model: they pay half the price as oppossed to those who can afford.we also train them how to begin businesses and ways of managing community based projects.

6) Key operational partnership: we network with over 100 nongovernmental organisations and community based organiosations in kenya.

We are at the Scaling Up stage. we expect to reach over 100 0000 young people in less than 2 years and help then begin profitable projects.
