3) Description of your products or services: The national creation of honey bees (beekeeping) is an agriculture activity that obtains to unite the economic exploration with the preservation of the environment. The increase of apicultural grass contributes for the growth of the production, it prevents the forest fire, the hand of idle workmanship of the family promotes the use of the reserve areas also to maintain the man working in the field.
The AVIDOS farm is located in Sýo Bento do Tocantins, region of Bico do Papagaio (the Peak of the Parrot), it is a farm with potential for the development of the apicultural activity and derived of products of which had quality, mainly the varied and abundant flora (Cerrado Vegetation), favorable climatic conditions and little extensive agricultural activity.
The products of the bees are: honey, pollen, prýpolis, e real jelly, being able to also produce wax, apitoxina (poison), beyond production of agricultural cultures through the pollination.
4) Description of the operational model: We will use the participative methodology, with social mobilization and sensitization of the community on the importance of the apicultural and associative work. Training, workshops and, courses to qualify the community. Partnerships with public and private institutions will be celebrated. The project will be managed and coordinated for the AVIDOS and its Partners. For implementation of the project 05 apiculture technician will be necessary in the farm, 60 representatives duly enabled to deal with bees, clothes, equipment of handling and processing.

6) Key operational partnership: One of the great challenges of the current governmentýs politics is to have more social programs that can maintain the man in the field, to fortify familiar agriculture and to diversify the production thus obtaining, to raise the familiar income.
The apicultural exploration becomes propitious in the AVIDOS Farm, therefore the same one is in Sýo Bento do Tocantins, with consisting bush and privileged region flora closed of gallery and river side vegetation that had still not suffered the extreme depredation from the men.
For demanding low investment, minimum risks, low cost of production, not perishable products and with quality, market in compatible ascension and with other activities of cattle agriculture and, the apicultural activity becomes viable for the small producers and safe for the investors. The main partner of Avidos is the Government. they will provide the honeybee boxes and training for the honey bee keepers. The market for the apicultural products it shows promising, therefore demand exists, and therefore demand restrained in the State and in the Country also exists. The honey in the Tocantins is reaching in the retail, an average price of R$ 10,00 (U$ 4,00)

We are at the Start Up stage. How many clients have benefited from your product/service in total? Over the last year? We have not started yet but with a market research that we have made in the first year we are going to have for the first year season of honey harvest about 100% sold out about almos 1 ton of honey

As beneficiary indirect the City hall of Sýo Bento do Tocantins increasing of municipal taxes, the commerce in general, the service sector, the agricultural tourism, amongst others. VI. GOALS

9) The organization: How does the initiative fit with your overall organization's strategic goals and priorities? How did the initiative start?
Our family had this land and we hadthe idea to benefit somehow the community of Sýo Bento of Tocantins and our first project is the Honey Bee Keeping.
