Idea: Objective: to have ended global societyýs systemic lack of ethics by correcting the global conceptual infrastructure ý before the year 2051. Rationale: the primary cause of unethical human action and activities is the global conceptual infrastructure, that systemically conditions every new human individual to act unethically toward one another and toward nature through race- religion- ideology- nationality- caste- gender- ideology- and age-oriented conceptual programming. Strategy: Enable every adult human being living in 2051 and thereafter to be able to review and correct oneýs own pre- programmed conceptual system, and to cooperate toward correcting the global conceptual infrastructure.

How do you do it: 1. Core content and methodology ready, poised for customization for different target groups and media.

2. Develop business plan for funding to form an organization to develop and market teaching, training, coaching programs.

3. Begin selling and deliver programs via progressive organizations and media that already possess momentum in transforming others: corporate HR Depts; as High School subject; as university course; as mass media like books, tapes, TV, DVD courses, entertainment, the internet and online Socratic interactive coaching programs.

4. Research the effectiveness of the programs and the executions of the programs.

5. Keep finding new and more effective media, and keep improving content, delivery and selling methods

Innovation: 1. This is a root-cause-based approach to ethics. It views the lack of ethics in human society, our dysfunctions and destructiveness - to be the direct result of errors and flaws in the global conceptual infrastructure, which in turn is the result of ignorance about and neglect of this infrastructure. This in turn is because were using and transferring conceptual content among ourselves without knowing that we were developing a global conceptual infrastructure that would determine how future human beings would think, evaluate and act.

2. It uses the instrument of a teaching, dtraining and coaching corporation that grows through successes in productivity and success it generates for existing organizations and individuals.

Impact:

By enabling both adults and student individuals to correct and compensate for the prevailing errors and flaws in the global conceptual infrastructure, there should be a noticeable reduction in the incidence, frequency and intensity of unethical actions and activites both toward one another, and toward the rest of nature.

By doing this on an increasingly global and long-term basis, and by advancing from progressive toward conservative markets with the force of established successes for the initial organizations and individuals, the program will systematically widen and penetrate deeper into poorer and more ignorant societies.

Ethical Action: Already assisted several at least 10 individuals via one on one mentoring - toward correcting and integrating their conceptual content and structure as proposed for this project. They have gradually become more empathetic and creative leaders who operate in the interests of their respective organizations, and seek ways to improve the world as a whole.

Two of the benefits of developing a corrected conceptual platform are:

a) the ability to be spontaneously open and receptive to other people, and to gain their trust; and

b) to be able to see invisible social, political and economic currents and forces already in flow, and to be able to harness them toward accomplishing outcomes that would have been more expensive and time-consuming

Replication: 1. By gradually expanding the organization of the teaching/training/coaching corporation globally to have offices and media outlets everywhere in the world.

2. By licensing the curricula and programs to organizations and to educational institutions to enable them to deliver the content in their own self interest.

Sustainability: 1. By making the delivery organization capable of generating increasing amounts of income both from larger numbers of clients and customers, and

2. From increasing numbers of licensees.
