Idea: Professionals in Information Technology understand the defects of centralized planning models and study Object Oriented methodologies as an alternative necessary and sufficient for optimal realization of objectives of business processes. But that research did not transpire into the social sector and governance.
Nyaya-Dharma-Swadharma paradigm of ancient India provides irrefutable evidence of successful historical use of object-oriented principles for holistic governance. The colonial vandalism against the academic institutions of ancient India, and the divisive agenda of modern political leaders made the study of principles of participatory governance a taboo in India. The idea is to share related knowledge with the scientists worldwide
How do you do it: Four Standardized Civic Engagement Project Templates (SCEPTs) are defined, which are 1-10, 1-6-60, 1-6-60-600 and 1-6-600-6000 SCEPTs respectively. Roles, rewards and responsibilities in SCEPTs are standardized. T-R-I-P Training programs provide training in Teach, Reach, Inspire and Persuade skills, which are offered in four grades and optimized for roles in SCEPTs.
50% Companies train their employees in T-R-I-P Training Programs, who serve 50% of the time on SCEPT projects. Such corporate social responsibility will be rewarded with tax waiver both to the company and the individual employees proportional to the level of effort, which facilitates pragmatic participatory democracy and standardization of professional social responsibility.
Innovation: STANDARDIZED 6666 SURVEY and SOCIAL APPLICATION are SCEPT projects in BRAINSTORMING and ORGANIZING modes respectively. 1-10 SCEPT involves an activity with one team leader and ten team members in ORGANIZING mode, and communication of a concept to ten enthusiasts, feedback, and reconciliation in BRAINSTORMING mode.
1-6-60 SCEPT internally consists of six 1-10 SCEPTs. SCEPTs translate participatory policy development effort into reliable massive replication of team building exercises with standardized Reward and Recognition System. Programs based on SCEPT projects create economy, which promotes citizenıs satisfaction in governance and are coordinated using Internet, Information Technology, Project Management and Social Entrepreneurship.
Impact: Young people are highly creative. Educated citizens are and unbiased. Women and old people comprehend the spirit of humanity. The selection processes of democratic elections demoralize the above four groups. 50% companies facilitate the evolution and implementation of project plans with verifiable social impact through participatory governance.
50% companies reduce several types of divides, which include but not limited to economic, technological and community divides consistently. Nyaya-Dharma-Swadharma model was proven repeatedly in ancient India to facilitate planned economies with required economic growth rates. Contemporary implementation of proposed paradigm helps humanity overcome irrational and unfavorable market trends reliably
Ethical Action: In a representative democracy, Nyaya refers to the policies developed by elected governance through taxpayersı money. A policy is Dharma if it is validated by each of the registered professions. A profession is Dharma if it strengthens policies using contemporary methodologies of the profession, and makes the services of the profession available to several socio-economic groups, and social organizations.
Swadharma refers Professional Social Responsibility of 50% companies, which can be used to validate the optimality of contemporary Nyaya and Dharma. Slowdown in Information Technology (IT) reflects the loss of citizensı confidence in the integrity of the professionals in IT. This initiative helps the citizens comprehend related issues
Replication: T-R-I-P Training Programs, contemporary relevance of Nyaya- Dharama-Swadharma paradigm and SCEPTs constitute Agnana, Gnana, and Vignana respectively. Auxiliary training programs can be created to educate individuals with different educational backgrounds, political and religious perspectives, which constitute a body of knowledge known as Pragnana.
A project was submitted to the Indian Council of Social Science Research to communicate and validate proposed methodologies in 24 academic institutions of India, and an attempt is being made to submit related standards to National Knowledge Commission, India. The merit of 50% companies will be proven in practice soon. International community will be assisted through proper channels if requested
Sustainability: Logical flaws that fail to inspire consensus in Agnana, Vignana, Pragnana and Gnana evolve into bodies of knowledge known as Mano, Budhi, Chitta and Ahankaras. Fifth body of knowledge known as Brahmatva proposes methodologies for resolving modern social concerns using the four bodies of knowledge, without logical flaws. Summaries of Brahmatva worldwide facilitate the creation of bodies of knowledge known as Vedas.
Sixth body of knowledge known as Brahma-gnana proposes methodologies for reducing the susceptibility to logical flaws. Professional failures are known as Kama, Krodha, Lobha, Moha, Mada and Matsaras respectively. Smrithi is optimized social justice that standardizes contemporary professions of a sustainable knowledge society.
