Idea: Harvad Professors;J.Wilson and R.Herrenstein, intheir book (Crime and Human Nature), concluded that;"crime is a function of individual choice.these choice are determined by one's moralconscience which is shaped early in life ..."The idea is to make the home especially mothers to know that "it is the tasks connected with the home that are the fundamental tasks of humanity..if the mother does not do her duty ,there will either be no next generation,or a next geration that is worse than none at all"-THEODORE Roosevelt,and also the government to know that;"the legimate object of government is to do for a community of people whatever they they need to have done but cannot do,at all,or cannot so well do,for themselves.."-Abraham Lincoln.&Religion

How do you do it: To achieve the aim of this idea,we work with local community leaders who helps in gathering people especially mothers to sensitize them on the effects of; them neglecting their duties,broken homes,street life etc.Not forgeting the youths too. This is aided using the media, charts,video clips,pamphlets.Also we 'll work with schools to organise talk shows and a club inwhich students can relate ,and share ideals, values etc which will be under the supervision of their teachers.also we also work with religious organisations,to pound more and more onmorals,ethics etc.We also work with the National Orientation Agency,and other Government setups to make them see why they should be of good examples &to teach thepeople selfreliance &wealth creations

Innovation: It is an innovatve strategy in that it invoves all the stakeholders in the society.It is evident that in the world of fatalism that we are today ,in wchich most people are begining to loose hope in nearly all human institutions, be it government, religion, home and others.Broken homes,unemployment,drugs,poverty,corruption,ethnic violence, racism, prejudice, hunger,environmental degradation etc.all these are hardening the people which makes them not to care about who their actions affects.This innovation has really started working and people are even yearning for an elaborate one.It doesnt involve much money because all those involved are voluteers from government,humanrights,homes,churches,mosques,schools,indust ries,markets and others.

Impact: it works because all the agencies involved are close to the youths .They pass through the home, schools,religious institutions, society,government, media and the likes.

Ethical Action: Sure when youths are trained to be wealth crator tat they dont have to look for jobs since they can create one,they wont be roaming the street,giving to drugs, prostitution,crimes.if they can be taught and shown love from home, sure they will love when they grow up.if there are no unnecessary divorce,broken homes,there will be lesser street children,if justice prevails in the land ,and patience reigns, then every one will be safe.The issue of "No first degree ,No job" going on in my country(nigeria) now which is making youths to forge results ,will be athing of the past.

Replication: This idea can be replicated because it doesn"t involve much money.Since it what everybody want but how to go about it is the problem.This is where the words of Kofi Anan comes to mind when he said;"i think the most frustratig part is that we all know what's wrong and what needs to be done but often , we can't act upon it".But with the simplicity of this method ,replication is sure.

Sustainability: It will be self sustaining because the drive to have an ideal society is inside everybody.What is left is to kick- start it,and it will take care of itself like the planetary bodies revolving round the sun after being set into motion by a force.
