Idea: To purify the global social conceptual information system from its current dormant, neglected and unreliable state to its rightful role as the primary driver of our functioning as the global social being within our larger common body of the universe.

By 2050, to clean up the entire social conceptual infrastructure of incompatibilities and inconsistencies necessary for the non-violent integration of all human individuals into the emergent social being.

Enable every human, by adulthood, to have corrected, integrated and transcended their hitherto unexamined race- based, gender-based, nation-based, religion-based assumptions, beliefs and attitudes on how one relates to oneself, to one another, to other groups, and to the rest of nature.

How do you do it: 1. Core content already ready.

2. Develop business plan to get funding to form an organization to develop and market training, coaching programs.

3. Sell and deliver programs via organizations and media that already possess momentum in transforming others: HR Depts. of progressive organizations; High School subject; University course; Mass Media like books, tapes, TV courses, movies and serials, interactive DVD workshops and the internet; Academia, converting the content into scientific social theory; online Socratic interactive coaching programs.

4. Research the effectiveness of the programs and the executions of the programs. 5. Keep finding new media, improving delivery methods, execution formats & marketing programs.

Innovation: 1. This is a systems-based approach to ethics. It views the lack of ethics in human society, our dysfunctions and destructiveness - to be the direct result of ignorance and neglect of the human software systems being uploaded into every new generation of human nodes. It views humankind as dormant global User that possesses both information processing-ready hardware in the form of individual human bodies, and an information network of concepts and language in the form of software for linking, integrating the hardware into a single networked and intradependent social organism. This dormant unity needs to be awakened in all the individual human nodes. 2. It uses a training and coaching business that grows through the income it generates.

Impact: By enabling both high-school students and adults to integrate the prevailing fragmentation and correcting the prevailing errors in the software of our social network, we advance the emotional, mental and relational health of our social being.

By doing this on a global basis, the program will gradually remove the continuing specter of dysfunction, conflict, violence over the next 45 years - to purge the world systemically of the prevailing unethical social order.

By enabling every human who graduates from high-school by the end of the year 2050, to oneself be able to review and edit one?s own uploaded pre-conditioning, each be fulfilled as a unique perspective & instrument of our common self, the emergent social social being - Ourself.

Ethical Action: Already assisted several at least 10 individuals via one on one mentoring - toward correcting and integrating their conceptual platform as proposed for this project. They have gradually become more empathetic and creative leaders who operate in the interests of their respective organizations, and to seek ways to improve the world as a whole. Two of the benefits of switching to a self-corrected personal software platfom is the ability to be spontaneously open and receptive to other peoples, and to be able to see invisible currents and forces already in flow, and to be able to harness them toward accomplishing not only their own objectives; but also to enable others likewise to be able to harness such dynamics toward their own interests.

Replication: 1. By gradually expanding the training/coaching business globally to have offices and media outlets everywhere in the world.

2. By licensing the curricula and programs to organizations and to educational institutions to enable them to deliver the content in their own self interest.

Sustainability: Again, by making the transformative content-generating aand delivering organization capable of generating income both from larger numbers of clients and customers, and from and increasing number of licensees
