Idea: I think that family is the most important institution that can provide healthy youngsters with real ethical principles. History has proven that we cannot eradicate evil totally. But we can put barriers. One sick family provides to society individuals that are doing real and painful wounds. One healthy family can provide to society individuals that contribue to progress, love and beauty. The idea is to creat an organization for the moment that will deal with the problem of family: how to create healthy family and how can we heal those who are sick. Real and strong ethical principles are best learned in families.

How do you do it: we should use an NGO or create a guvernmental deparment that will be focused on the families. This institution will have 3 deparments: one will del with the prevention aspect. They will try to see how could they help by counceling, material and spiritual support to participate at creating new healthy families. This thing will be posible by creating a centre focused on preventing. The second deparment will deal with the reabilitation of sick families (violence, drugs, divorce, achohol etc.) and try to provide help and second chance to those who need it. The third department will deal with lobby and advocacy. They will propose better laws, fight against pornography, domestic violence etc.

Innovation: Whatever we say family has the most important impact on a youngster. Nowadays youngsters are afected by violence, drugs and pornography, by the means of TV, Internet and bad friends. More than that they are afected by divorce and emotional problems from their families. Theese youngsters will make families similar as they belong to. And so the evil will be in a vicious circle. Focusing on families and on the chalange of creating healthy families we give to these youngsters the posibility to avoid the traps around them. Of course, they will remain free tro choice but when you have a loving, healthy family it is easier to become a responsible adult. The innovation is on focusing on the three departments and having so a global overview.

Impact: Every new healthy family will bring healthy , responsible youngsters that will also create this kind of families. This is systemic impact. Every family that was healed will fight to help other families. This is systemic impact. Every new law will affect thousands of families. Thiy is systemic impact. Every healthy family has already an outstanding impact in the society we live in.

Ethical Action: In a winter day a 10 year girl was coming from the school. She was very poor and was trembling in her jacket. As she was going on the street she saw a 5 years boy , just in shirt, bagging at the corner of the street. She stopped for a moment , esitate and than took her jacket and give it to him. "I still have a worm blouse" she said. The boy was estonished. The same was the policeman who saw the scene. He asked: "where did you learn to do this?" "My mother does it all the time with us" answered the little girl. " She told me the everything we have is from ourloving God and we have to share it with other people who are in need" said the little girl smiling and than she walked. The policeman remained silent , at the corner of the street...

Replication: We can start firts in a city, like Iasi, where I live. see the results and than replicate it to other context with the needed changes. There are families all around the earth!The 3 departments are easy to be reaplicate it to other cities or countries. When you do want to have better families you will find the way to replicate the strategy to your own context.

Sustainability: Many of us carry wounds from our families. And maybe we also carry the insatisfaction of cannot realize a healthy , loving family. I think everybody wants a loving family and nobody wants that the children will be born to be hurt and ethically afected as they were in childhood. We can start at a lower level, with and NGO, like the one where I work, and if the results are good than we will convince the guvernment that it has to be a Guvernmental Department to carry this problem. Families will exists for ever and I think it time to have healthy families that provide youngsters with strong caracthers and iron principles.
