Idea: society today do not generally show moral courage due to a low participation ofpeople in any aspects of what concerns them most. people are sideline to decide for their selves and the most crucial factor is the youth folk who formed the three quarter of our work force, who they lack support and participation.

How do you do it: how can we be better that is by only peoples participation, men and women, young and adult, and the emphasis here lies on the youths. ifwe want to be better, youths should be given all the moral courage in society. and in here if we want to achieve our millennium development goal, and in all, we are advocating for better and that is development in all aspects of life. be it Health, Education, griculture, Science and Technology, Environment, to name them.

Innovation: Young and Adult together can create a more empathetic and morally courageous society if they are not sideline, if they are involve in decision making, design, planning, and implementation, in any spheres of development. here need an attitudinal change. Transparency, accountability and fair justice and respect to human rights.

Impact: first of all my agency has collaborated with village base youth groups male and female who are registered with the National youth council. the agency activity work with them including adults and they have created a systematic change at a national level be in functional literacy programme, food security campaigns which has shown a change in peoples participation in cultivating more rice, groundnuts, maize, millet, etc which has difinately indicated to us that people have responded to our call for food security. Again in the functional literacy component many today, young and adults learners are able to read and write the three(Rs)

Ethical Action: through the involvement of people in any aspects that concern them in development they should be the designers planners and implementors.

Replication: We do replicate base on our progress and acheivements.

Sustainability: Peoples commitments and the sense of feeling ownership rights.
