Idea: doing unto others as one would want them to do unto him.without basing one's sense of rightness on the outcome of the consequence it produces such as if an action at the end produces good result then it becomes an assumption that it is right and if it produces bad result then it is assumed it is wrong.the idea here spells nothing but calls for the Immanuel Kant's ethical approach.

How do you do it: the first step here is the human intuition-man did not only had his nature created but also had an in-built of intuition to decide the wrong from the right second-the idea of Jesus who no doubt was a philosopher of his time when he says do unto others as you would have wanted them to do unto you is also an authority. third is having feelings and respect for human race-what is goodfor the north could be bad for the south-diverse culture diverse people I mustn't use my own culture to evaluate another's this sounds to me as a relativist approach.

Innovation: I'd say the afore-mentioned ideas to my thinking is an authority and some common sense method also attest to its truism.authority in the sense of Jesus who preached tolerance,meekness,gentility,pride and not arrogance-all of these virtues and some others not mentioned here you'd agree with me that if uphold and sustained would help build a more better ethical society.

Impact: by doing the talking I'd say.If one has got a valuable information that can lead to reformation and he still sinker the idea then I wonder where the learning would come from.so by taking time to explain to these folks in seminar and of course reaching out some materials to them.

Ethical Action: I hold that if every-one should subject its actions to reasons then I feel the world will be a better place for human race.this idea makes one to be consciously aware of every of its actions hence one's been carefull because he would not want to tread on people's toes just like he wouldn't want other's too to do thesame to him or her.

Replication: I'd say no duplications here.personally I developed the concept on reasons on my own but I'd read the works of Immanuel Kant on ethics and of course the principles of Jesuism.

Sustainability: first having gotten the conviction which is the approval of the mental assent then constancy of living within the confinement of the principles would help in its sustainance.
