Idea: my idea is to improve myself as a human being

How do you do it: remain conscious while making day to day decisions not to hurt /affect others as far as possible (the process of improvement is on)i learnt meditation and further improved upon by adding music to simplify for mysake for avoiding diversions,realising beats on the body parts and really feeling thrilled/enjoying.reading /learning is on by reading from books /news papers for further self improvements improvements.the people who come/interact closer i find the improvement in social bonding and mutual respect inspite of many differences....

Innovation: i dont say this an innovation but i very strongly feel the betterment of society is by betterment of individuals in terms of respecting others existence in terms of physical and intellectual.healthy social environment can not be brought violence ,possibly it can be made by social values and i am seeing the erosion of social values and that is the reason some time people do not feel that they are leaving in a society.

Impact: i am not doing any social work,but iam inclined to do,so i cant say at this juncture that i do make the change at national or regional change.yet i feel that i am amulti talent individual possibly i can do change if the right opportunity arises.

Ethical Action: in the office i was listening people mostly talking ill of others and killing their time .i slowly i started telling people telling you are if you do not like some body telling ill of you why you are talking ill of others .....and this action is spoiling the working environment .after about nine months or so iam seeng the change.very few people talk such things.and.. peopl started involing in the talks,which are benificial to their job or entertaining

Replication: i feel every body likes to lift clean water and the simple idea will always pass through mouth service may be my name will not be there,the spirit willb e there

Sustainability: before preaching i have practised to agreat extent it has definately sustained with me ..let us see how far it goes
