Idea: Presenting what we all have in common as human beings because we are in a physical body on this plain of existence at this time in history and learn in the ways that we do. Promoting every individual taking personal resonsibility for our own actions first, their effects and impact on all people, places and things around us. Then allowing, encouraging and expecting all others to do the same, regardless of sex, age, education, job, political, social or religious beliefs. Also promoting the right of total freedom of expression, of each individual, in exchange for taking on this personal responsibility within society.

How do you do it: Presentation of the information - then clarification of the information, as it pertains to the individual, group or situation - can be done one on one or accomplished within a group. Empowers each individual to continue to process with this information on their own. Making them feel secure enough within their self to be proactive in anything that effects them in their life. I have had clarification sessions with individuals from 8 years of age and up, of every educational level, social/economic strata and a variety of religious backgrounds. The younger an individual is when exposed to this mindset, the less practiced they are at doing what doen't work, more open to personal examination and taking responsibility for their personal growth

Innovation: I have been able to disect human beings down into our psycho/emotional/sexual components. Found why we act out what we do, in the ways that we do, for the length of time that we do, even when we realize that it doesn't work for us. Been able to identify the root cause for the many different actions, reactions and interactions that we humans involve ourselves in. Been able to find how to undo all of the inconsistent conditioning that causes us to behave as we do. Almost 50 years in observation, research and development of this information, while continually observing for any negative impact from exposure, I have found only personal evolution.

Impact: This work is geared to the education and empowerment of each individual first, from which all goes out into society by example, of their actions. After all the individual is the basic component of every family, group, organization, village, government and the world community of which the individual is a part.

Ethical Action: Exposure to this information creates a new mindset for individuals. Eliminates prejudice of all types, does away with the need to blame or shame anyone and takes people away from thinking in terms of right and wrong. (Which afterall is dependent on who your with, what your doing and where in the world you are) This totally new mindset is, "Does It Work" or "Not"? If not, what actions does it take by me/we to change or evolve it into a process that works for those that it effects? All the while looking for ways to make it even better than it already is at the present time.

Replication: I am replicating this activity by donating this material to organizations around the world to develop understanding, empower individuals, advocate their cause and for their use to accent their own activities. With understanding comes awareness, with awareness come empathy and with empathy all prejudice goes. I am interacting with a multitude of forums, using this information as the guidelines for clarifying points of human psychology and reasons for different types of human motovation to act as we do in a variety of diferent situations. Donated it for publication within a book by a youth organization, to go out to youth around the world. Sent out around 10,000 e- mail donations of this material and looking for more ways to share it.

Sustainability: Once exposed to this information the individual is left with the realization that the responsibly party for our life and what goes on in it, looks back at us from the mirror! All having the same information and realization, then are able to compassionately encourage others to get back on track, if they wander from the course of personal evolution or stop take responsibility for their actions. All realizing that if what they are doing is not making them happier, healthier, wealthier or wiser - while taking responsibility for their actions, than they shouldn't be doing it!
