Can you elaborate more on what the program might look like? I see that you are trying to start from the community level, which has been recognized as one of the most important strategies in other countries as well.

How do you plan to mobilize familiers and communities in Southeastern Europe? Do you plan to do this through public awareness campaign? Are you focusing on any country? Do you plan to work with any local organizations?
