Dear Bruce,
Thanks for the submission of your website plan to the contest. As a fellow developer of an information website on trafficking, I've always had questions about the actual impact of such sites. While the sites can help raise awareness and provide referral lists or training or other documents, I wonder about the practical capacity of these sites to impact systemic change for a country or region, absent other programmatic activities that more directly reduce profits for traffickers or increase risk, etc. How will your site achieve systemic change or does it need to be combined with other programs to reach this level of impact?
