We should also know that most people that practice these topic are illetrate and ignorant. Education is the food to this problem

Tipping Point: this activity have not been practiced fully the govt have not been well inform and the ngos are yet to know more about this issue

Replication: yes i will enable replication i have seen little or no institution that have started this issue

Sustainability: it will be because the it will have to invovle quiet a no of people in the long run the ngos and the govt are the anchor in the long run
