Innovation: An operational model which may involve the creation of an online resource center or community based projects whose basic objectives will be to create awareness for society and financial support for the less privileged through philantrophic acts,or adequate education of people on talent utilization skills to aid self sustainability. Attention of governments must be drawn to trafficking so huge sums of money can be invested in financing poverty alleviation schemes.Basic education which costs about usd$100 per child per year is achievable and must be put in place in order to stop trafficking from destroying the fragile stock of human capital on which poor peoples ilvelihoods and the economic futures of whole nations depend.

Impact: Poverty alleviation and basic education of poor people on effective talent utilization skills will go a long way in providing alternatives for wealth creation other than trade in humans.Development of an online store where resource and aid can be sourced is very welcomed.Establishment of public complaints centers in each country where concerned persons can report cases of trafficking operations will enable security operatives take swift legal actions against perpetrators.If members of the G7 and rich counries in europe who spend well over usd$17billion on pet food anually,can shift priorities to reality, positive investments can be made in education and poverty alleviation in developing nations.If so i dream of freedom 4 all by 2010.

Tipping Point: Articles i wrote which will be published in Nigerian tabloids and in the bulletin of the youth aid talent utilization(a Nigerian based NGO that enlightens youths on effective talent utilization for maximum profit.)is aimed at creating awareness for society so other community based projects like mine which involves person to person contact would be created.People are appreciating my efforts through solidarity and immediate society is beginning to realize that a stance must be taken against trafficking.A larger organization which is presently non-existent,needs to be created so a larger audience can be reached.planned production of books and magazines or even an accessible website seems like a farce since all present effort is indiviual.

Replication: it is expected that people around the world will create similiar programmes as it is in the interests of everyone.I also collaborate with the youth aid talent utilization NGO as they have endorsed my ideas.it im dream that people around the world will rise up and fight these crime.

Sustainability: Society needs to be convinced that present efforts towards fund accumulation is issue-oriented and not profit - oriented.anticipated support from indiviuals and organizations is my major foothold.Hope is laid on the fact that if enough awareness is created,more people will be willing to support proposed programmes.
