Innovation: This intervention is an innovative since every programme under the idea makes everyone a stakeholder and the results of this intervention will be protecting all the children from prone areas from being trafficked. The intervention involves all the groups, individuals and finally creates a movement kind of campaign against trafficking. The intervention could able to create a public pressure against trafficking. The other organisations and departments are motivated to address the issue. The rescue operations, social policing concept are empowering the public with legal rights and responsiblities. THe NHRC, Department of HRD and National and International universities have considered this intervention as a best practice.

Impact: In the regional level, the issue has been addressed with adequate importance. As a result, the government, NGOs, Professionals and general public are becoming the stakeholders. Discussions, lobbying, conferences, awareness building, rescue operations are taking place with clear perspectives. The stigma is decreasing due to increased level of knowledge and societal involvement. Senior IPS, IAs officers, academicians, students and NGOs are interested to study our intervention. The national and international bodies are relying on us for the updated information about trafficking in the South India. The NHRC has considered a number of cases referred by us. The government is implementing many progressive project to control trafficking.
Tipping Point: There were a lot of hurdles and difficulties. It has been strainful and time consuming intervention where most of our energy was dedicated to convince the different department and individual officers. THere was little knowledge about the issue among stakeholders. The Govt. was not ready to accept the facts prevailing about trafficking in the state. As persons and as an orgn., we have to networks, angry police & biased people.
The tipping point of my intervention is to achieve higher lever of public involvement and to create awareness with a sense of public responsibility. The regular intervention exposed a number of criminal nexus and various forms of trafficking. The intervention has successfully gained attention of the government.

Replication: The overall intervention of mine is replicable one, the proper ground work and careful steps taken during the intervention have made the intervention a success. The models of vigilant groups, rescue operations and training methodologies are simple inventure and requires only dedication and ground work. I am happy that the thought has been received by other groups and they are further replicated in different geographicl areas. One step ahead, the Government of Karnataka and Government of India have seriously considered the intervention as model and trying to implement it through proper channel in large geographical areas.

Sustainability: From the beginning I have been depicting my intervention as responsibility of general public as well as the Government. Now an environment has been created and the people from various sectors are particiating in the programmes. The Governments are chalking out different programs and polcies to curbe trafficking. Several NGOs have taken up this issue and implementing their own set of programs in different parts of the region. I am sure the Government has seriously consider the issue of trafficking and sustainable programs are also been launched.
