Innovation: In each Country where Trafficking occurs,A multifaceted Agency can be created to carry out awareness campaigns on Trafficking and create an avenue where the public can safely provide information on Traffickers confidentially. It can set up Hotlines,emails,private mail boxes,Websites to facilitate this.It can then exchange information received on Trafficker's activities and identities with other such agencies in other countries and Regions.This information can then be provided to Immigration Officers and Border police of the local countries and the destination countries to facilitate arrest and successful prosecution of Traffickers who will then be exposed locally and internationally as a Deterent to others.No such Agency exists in Nigeria.

Impact: The impact will be felt at the Local,national,regional and global levels which all have inputs for ending the Trade.It will create awareness of the real nature of Human Trafficking, mobilizing every member of Society/Citizen as a watch dog. It will create a "nowhere to hide, nowhere to operate atmosphere for Traffickers globally,removing the low risk factor that emboldens them.It will create a Global forward and Backward linkage that will facilitate information sharing and gathering crucial for successful intervention to end the trade.It will significantly if not completely eliminate supply on which the demand feeds and stifle it. It will drastically reduce the threat posed to poverty stricken families that form the vulnerable population.

Tipping Point: With an agency that has local,national, regional and global linkage and reach which carries out massive awareness creation,exchanges information on the best strategies to combat the trade based on experience and mobilizes every member of society to act as a watch dog,a STIFLING environment for Traffickers to operate in Locally Nationally, Regionally and Globally will be created.With nowhere to operate,nowhere to hide and with people awakened to the real threat posed by Human Trafficking,the society will be moved to a point where traffickers will no longer be able to freely operate, significantly altering th dynamics of the trade.It will therefore critically and negatively alter the supply side of the trade which threatens vulnerable people.

Replication: This model can be easily replicated all over the world in the countries facing Human Trafficking on a Collosal scale. The agency can be easily set up locally and link up to the national and regional level globally. Each community, country and region will of course have it's own peculiar features and cultures. But the threat remains the same for every society and so craetes uniformity in the vision and goal to be accomplished by setting them up.Moreso with the world becoming a global village with improved communication systems, it will be easily replicated.

Sustainability: It is sustainable as it involves a very real threat to every level of the society - the individual, the family,the state,nation, region and the world and so the zeal to sustain it is quite high.Also improved communications systems makes information sharing a button away.Moreso with global anxiety at the real threat it poses in every sphere and aspect of human endeavour,funding this initiative will not be a problem. It can be sustained by funding from the private sector governments and International institutions.Drawing on existing institutions and structures, it will not require extensive financing.
