Women who involved and created the small enterprises are or become members of NGOs. They are keeping consume the services provides by NGO’s, give work places to other women under the project, and so on. The part of strategy consist in keeping the target group during project and after it, creating stable sector of small business and involving women into public sector. Other part of project is keeping collaboration with government to provide law enforcement, est.

Tipping Point: About 10 000 years ago human being tryed to stay on the land and start cultivation. They created first product and started to buy. People enjoy their work and keep do it till now. Opening the enterpeneurship, business studying and information supporting our target group we eliminate their needs to find theirselfes abroad. And it eliminate the risk to be involved in trafficing for their children, neibors and friends who going to. also we create the base of stable economic system and public/private/government collaboration. Our ogranization "For the ballance in society" work with Government structures such as: Kabinet of Ministry, Government Social Center, Kiev Employee Center and other; other NGOs and private sector.

Replication: Surely, we open to share our positive expirience among other NGOs or individuals. We are ready to provide workshops, for example, in a frame of up - coming Women Leaders Conference or by other way, for example via Internet. I think, we can discuss the posibilityes to invite our experts and trainers to provide training on the base of organizations who interested. We also could publish education and other materails.
