Innovation: This method starts with the ideal education of parents/guardians who are planning to have/to keep children, and not necessarily the children themselves. The transference of values and zeal to the children then enable them pursue a full life of good opportunities. That the Third World countries face more of this inhuman evil of human trafficking is no news. The basic cause being the lack of education of the parents/guardians in charge of the victims. Their unrealization of the fact that their children face a better life educated further push them into this, because they themselves are uneducated though their children may be. Then border monitoring, part of the enforcement policies,is necessary,as most trafficking occur across the border.
Impact: That a better life awaits the children is a real possibility once the parents are educated. The cost of acheiving this is not very high, as opposed to educating all and sundry. The parents can then toil and provide a better life for their children. It is a real fact that a parent upon knowing the value of formal/informal education strives to give his child one irrespective of cost. Also government's enforcing this responsibility owed the children, the carrying out of the parents' definite task can be assured. This style of educating the parents, in any language whatever, they being more receptive at an older age than the children are at their young age, can ensure good life for their children, especially as their responsibility is enforced.
Tipping Point: Gradually as the wheels are set in motion, educated parents are bred, thus educated children are bred too. At a definite point, with no room for human traffickers since borders are being monitored and parents are definitely unwilling to surrender their children for money (realising just how much more their children are worth), human trafficking lose its sting and can no longer thrive. Of course, it is known that an educated populace is one that thrives in spite of all odds;so it will be with the country in question.
Replication: NGOs have seen the potency of this strategy and effects are now to be caused. By ensuring the passage of such action, and creating an enabling environment under which it can thrive successfully, there is a very great chance that it stands to eradicate this bane.
Sustainability: By being followed up by the government of the country, and ensuring a smooth programme in educating all parents who plan to raise a child or who already have one. In fact, it will do well establishing centres like unto family planning centres, which will be situated in areas as mapped by the executor of the programme, and which will provide education for all parents. Then constant enforcement by the government adds a period to it. Monitoring the borders(since most human traffickers actually transact across the borders)will completely discourage the activities of human traffickers. The education programme still running.
