3) Strategy Summary:
Motivate youths and teenagers to join the fund raising events and organise various fund raising events in special occasion

4) How the Strategy Works:
Organise talk program in schools, colleges and communities about the target group to whom we are working for and request them to generate funds. Motivate local individual to donate certain % of their income for a good cause. Reach out to business houses to donate some % from their products.

5) Key Strategy Elements:

i. Mobilizing Citizen Support:
We have more volunteers involved in fund raising events and some stakeholders who support us from their income.

ii. Generating Financial and Nonfinancial Resources:
We collect money from memebership fees and some schools or colleges and even some organization conduct fund raising public event to raise money for us.

iii. Establishing Relationships with Strategic Partnerships:
We have formed a national network involving 16 other organizations, who support us not only providing funds but support us technically.

iv. Engaging and Managing Volunteers:
In our network we have involved women ministry and also journalist who helped us to disseminate our activities.

v. Developing Information and Spreading the Message:
Mostly we do conduct several campaigns, talk program, rallies and open forum and encourage people to join in our work. We also disseminate our activities thry publications.

6) Increasing Self-sufficiency and Social Impact:
We have established an opportunity funds with the aim to make our organization sustainable from where we can help in the empowerment of the single women(widows).We also building the network nationally & internationally to get partners to work in the issues that we are working.
