3) Strategy Summary:
For a typical citizen of Poland the access to legal services is restricted becouse of the high prices. This is a reason why Fundation is leading Internet serice www.poradaprawna.pl ( Porada Prawna . By this solution lawyers are giving free of charge legal advices. Our activity has got a following targets:
a. ensure for a common society member the access to free of charge legal information, witch is the element of building citizens society;
b. give the opportunity for poor people to use help of a lawer in sorting out of legal problems;
c. give the opportunity for young lawers, espetialy law students, to reach some practical expirience.

4) How the Strategy Works:
Our service is building by the lawers, who have already begun their careers, and by law students, who want to check their theoretical knowledge in practise by solving problems taking from a real life.

You can ask a question after logg in to the service. There are no fees involved. After a registration the user can check witch questons did he ask and witch of them are already answerd. Our lawers can not answer to all the questions, so we are trying to help those people, who, according to our opinion, need help the most.

Those persons, who are not logged in can not ask questions, but they can read the answers for other poples questions. They have no access to the personal informations of the autors of the questions, of course. You can also look into the base of legal documents, lowsuites, applications to the court and agreements. You can also read the articles about law, for exemple the informations abot the witness rights in a criminal procedure. Thanks to these services our readers can quite fast make a decision about a correct way of folowing procedure in their own case in a base of similar cases, with no need of asking a new question and waiting for the answer. Exsisting of the base of the answers is one of the element of increasing legal knowledge of the society.

All the people involved in leading of the Fundation and a legal service are working non profit. They are using their own computers and they are paying for the connection to the Internet by there own. The reasons why the do it are quite varius: the want to help other people, they have a need of developing their abilities and knowledge. In case of students important is also a fact, that the service and publicated answers can be some kind of the curriculum vitae for their optional employers, unbeatable proof of the fact, that certain person has already have the expirience and abilities in solving legal problems. The list has got 111 positions. The acces to the administrative part of the service is restricted and avaible only for few people. The choose the questions, answer for some of them and send the rest to other co-workers with a deadline for the answer. After the answer is delivered they check if it is correct and publicate it in the service.

Currently in a base of the answers of Porada Prawna there are more than 12540 answers. Several new are appearing every day. We are able to answer only for some of 30 40 questions, witch are asked every day. In our website there is also a base of 300 legal articles and more then 360 patterns of legal documents. The number of people, who are visitng our service is on a level of 2000 to 4700 daily.

5) Key Strategy Elements:

i. Mobilizing Citizen Support:
Almost all of the people co-working with the service are contacting with themselves via Internet. They are living in a diffrent parts of the contury.

Currently, CDI-DF is supporting 50 ITCSs of the Distrito Federal, Minas Gerais and Goias where the educational program is carried out with the collaboration of 50 school coordinators and 100 tutors, members of the communities.

ii. Generating Financial and Nonfinancial Resources:
The Fundation is supporting its activity almost only in a base of the sources given by fundators and some small amounts of money voluntarly paid by the people, who got the answers for their questions.

iii. Establishing Relationships with Strategic Partnerships:
The Fundation has signed the agreements with redations of the newspapers of the national and local range in order to use law articles publicated there.

iv. Engaging and Managing Volunteers:
The work of the service is based only on non profit work of the lawyers, who are volunteers.

v. Developing Information and Spreading the Message:
The people, who are asking questions are living in varius parts of the country, and even abroad. The contact is maintending only via web. Thanks to this the informations about law can also be reached by the people from small communities, alderly and disabled ones, who does not have the possibility to travel and reach the university law helping centres or free of charge offices of the citizens help.

6) Increasing Self-sufficiency and Social Impact:
The Fundation is still looking for the people, who want to cooperative with us and a people and institutions, witch can halp us finantialy. In a middle of the year 2004 we got a financial grant from The Fundation nemed S. Batory in Warsaw.

8) Organization Mission and Vision:
The Fundation wants to start a topic programes, for exemple the project Legal help for the people hurt by crimes has a mission to give informations about law and help in useing the possibilites and opportunities given by criminal and civil law in a name of the execution of their rights, give them a chance for active participation in a trial, give a possibility to get a finantial gratification for the moral looses and material demages they got becouse of the commited crime.

Looking Forward to the Next Three Years:
We do not plan to make any bigger changes in a service.
