3) Strategy Summary:
Our strategy will race in broad participation of citizens
in the public affairs of the country (as it has been showed
that people of Congo are quitting and resigning from
involving in the social politics). The program will be our
civic education components to the transformation of the
Congolese civil society.
4) How the Strategy Works:
1. Media: people will follow programs that will incitate
them to dream of the DRC post electoral time; they will
therefore set criteria of the changes they want to have and
focus attention of politicians and the whole socuety on
what is needed
2. Street drama: some actors-popular comics will be send in
streets to engage broad dialog and debate
3. Duplication: if one or more ngo in Kinshasa and in the
ountryside could hand over
5) Key Strategy Elements:
i. Mobilizing Citizen Support:
media will reach at least 60 % of congolese families and
broaden the debate
Drama street will put the end on the sight and the
potentiality of all
iii. Establishing Relationships with Strategic Partnerships:
the project will oblige everybody to get involved at least
in releasing opinion; plus the project will be disseminated
through ngo networks
v. Developing Information and Spreading the Message:
media - broadcastings (tv, radio - community radio)
outreach campaign ( advert all over the country)
6) Increasing Self-sufficiency and Social Impact:
The centre will put itself in the middle of the village and
cooperate-exchange with all interseted stakes

Looking Forward to the Next Three Years:
After the election, there will be a transitional period
that will need our involvement and the project will be
transformed in monitoring activities of objectivities set
by rulers and expectations draw by people of the DRC
